At Eclipse Archives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your curated pieces; therefore, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original, unworn condition with all archival tags intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the archival protection sleeves are used to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
